Key Responsibilities
- 1. Develop ML Models: Create machine learning models to solve specific business challenges.
- 2. Optimize Algorithms: Fine-tune algorithms for performance and scalability.
- 3. Data Preprocessing: Prepare and clean data for analysis and model training.
- 4. AI Systems Design: Design systems that leverage AI to improve business outcomes.
- 5. Model Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of models.
- 6. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest developments in AI/ML research.
- 7. Collaborate with Teams: Work with data scientists and engineers on joint projects.
- 8. Document Processes: Document model development and deployment for future reference.
Qualifications
- 1. Educations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Specialization in machine learning or artificial intelligence is highly preferred.
- Continuous learning in AI/ML techniques and technologies is a must.
- 3. Experience
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of neural networks, deep learning and NLP is an advantage.
- 3.Skills
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or R.
- Expertise in algorithm design and statistical analysis.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.
