Key Responsibilities
- 1. Lead Data Analytics Team: Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists.
- 2. Data Strategy: Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business goals.
- 3. Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- 4. Data Reporting: Present findings to stakeholders and senior management.
- 5. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, sales and other teams to inform decisions.
- 6. Maintain Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analyzed data.
- 7. Identify Trends: Spot market and industry trends to help optimize strategies.
- 8. Tool Optimization: Evaluate and implement new analytics tools and technologies.
Qualifications
- 1. Educations
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is highly preferred for advanced analytical skills.
- Certifications in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) are a plus.
- 3. Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a data analytics team.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Proficiency in analytics tools like R, Python, or SQL.
- Strong understanding of data governance and data integrity principles.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights clearly.
